Good morning I have been sitting with this problem for the past few weeks we have been asking help everywhere and this is the last alternative to ask advise we are having sleepless nights with the dogs on the roof and the puppies and it belongs to the people upstairs which are druggies they don't have food for themselves and we are downstairs a few weeks was so hot on the roof and how can you keep these small puppies on the roof plz I need desperately help09:36
