PLEASE ASSIST WITH AN INSPECTION. IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION BY THE OWNER THAT THEY FOUND THEIR DOG ON SUNDAY MORNING, LYING IN THE YARD, DECAPITATED. THE LEG WAS CUT OFF, THE STOMACH WAS CUT OPEN, AND ALL OF ITS ORGANS WERE REMOVED AND PLACED BESIDE IT ON A MAT, WITH THE SKIN THAT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE DOG'S HEAD. THE OWNERS THEN PUT ALL THE BODY PARTS IN A BAG AND BURRIED IT.HOWEVER, A FAMILY MEMBER WHO IS 16 YEARS OLD WAS WITH HIS FRIENDS IN THE AREA YESTERDAY EVENING AND THE BOY NAMED RYAN AGED 14/15 WAS BRAGGING ABOUT WHAT HE DID TO THE DOG. THE OWNERS WERE MADE AWARE AND APPROACHED THE BOYS MOM AND UNCLE REGARDING THE SADISTIC ACTS OF THE BOY AND THE UNCLE NAMED ABDULA APPARENTLY SCOLDED THE BOY WHILE HIS MOM WAS BEATING HIM AND SAID "I T…

She said they only keep the dog there when there are people coming to the property as the ddog will run out when they open the main gate and hurt someone and also the dog stays in there when they pulling the car out. She said other then that, the dog has full access wto roam freely
